We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
Because we work with multiple fulfilment partners, delivery times may vary depending on the product ordered, stock availability, and destination. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout or in your order confirmation are a guide only.
Order Processing
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 working days. During busy periods, launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take longer.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary by item and location. Where an order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Tracking

Failed Deliveries
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to collect, or repeated failed delivery attempts, we may deduct any direct return or re-shipping costs from the refund where permitted.
Age-Restricted Products
Any vape or nicotine-related products sold on this store are strictly for customers aged 18 or over. We may carry out age verification checks before dispatch and may cancel and refund any order that does not pass verification.
Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If you change your mind, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging with any tags, seals, or accessories included. UK consumers buying online generally have a 14-day cancellation right.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

opened or used vape products

e-liquids, pods, coils, tanks, cartridges, or other consumables once opened

sealed items that are not suitable for return once unsealed for health or hygiene reasons

pierced or worn accessories where hygiene applies

We also reserve the right to refuse returns that are used, damaged, incomplete, or not in a resaleable condition.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged on arrival, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Where a customer validly cancels an online order, the refund is generally due within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of return, and the basic outbound delivery cost must usually also be refunded, though not any upgraded delivery surcharge.
Refunds may be reduced if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos where possible.
This does not affect your statutory rights. Under UK consumer law, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality; faulty goods may entitle the customer to a repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it. If it has already been dispatched, you will need to follow the returns procedure above.
